Online Help Relaunch Successfully Completed

We successfully completed the second phase of our online help redesign: In spring 2026, we fully restructured both the German and English versions. We reviewed, reorganized, and reassigned nearly 2,500 wiki articles per language into a new thematic structure.

Instead of organizing content primarily by AMS versions, content is now grouped consistently by topics, modules, and functions. We also added subfunctions and folder structures to create a clearer overview and guide users more effectively through the system.

On the online help homepage, users can now choose exactly which subject area they want to search directly in the search field. This allows them to find relevant information faster and more efficiently. At the same time, the new online help shows which functions were introduced in each AMS version.

The redesign required a major effort. From the end of January to the end of April, we completely revised the entire system within just three months.

And we are not stopping here—our team is already planning further improvements and new features to make the user experience even better.

Users can access the new online help through AMS, on our website, or directly in their browser. Customers who do not yet have a token password can request one from us at any time.
